ABOUT THE LESSON 📚
Hope you’re not too busy to watch this lesson. Because it’s all about building your vocabulary and improving your fluency. Using the same phrases over and over again is rather boring. So I’m going to tell you different and useful ways to tell someone that you’re busy.

1) I’m preoccupied at the moment.
2) My schedule is full.
3) I’ve got too much going on.
4) I’ve got a lot to do.
5) I’ve got a lot on my plate.
6) I’m busy as a bee.
7) I’m tied up right now.
8) I’m swamped.
9) I’m overwhelmed.
10) I’m buried in work.
11) I’m knee-deep in (something).
12) I’m up to my ears in (something).

Hi Wes! Is "I got a load of work" also possible? Or is it only combined with "a sh**load of work"?

    Thanks Wes, for this lesson!

I really wanna know what do you do to get the right examples in the movies! They must let you very busy searching for them, mustn't they?!
Maybe you search into subtitles files, but I think is hard to know in what movies to search for. I appreciate this work!
