Being one of the large-scaled aquariums in Vietnam’s most modern Aquarium system, Phu Quoc Aquarium always has its mysterious charm to its visitors. The 5000 square meter aquarium comprises of 46 tanks of all sizes, nurturing and exhibiting over 9000 rare ocean species such as the Hemibagrus albino,Elongated tortoise, Light lizard,Sharks, Stingrays,etcthat are categorized and divided into 3 zones: Rainforest (Fresh water) zone, Cave (Reptiles) zone, and Ocean (Salt water) zones.
In particular, the main tank area (T46) is contemporarily designed with dome ceiling making visitors feel like they are crusing on the ocean floor. The tunnel is is 100 meters long, 4 meters high, holding 3.5 million liters of sea water. This main tank alone is the habitat of more than 3000 species.
Especially, Phu Quoc Vinpearl Land Aquarium also delivers to visitors a vibrant and colorful world with unique performances such as the Mermaid show – where visitors can admire the beautiful mermaids from fairy tales, fish-feeding section – with robust divers playing and taking care of the aquarium inhabitants.
