Bread rolls or dinner rolls (Roll-ppang: 롤빵)

Posted on September 12, 2020 by admin

Let’s learn how to make soft tender fluffy dinner rolls! These bread rolls are really popular in Korea, and are my family’s favorites. You don’t need a mixer or any special tools or ingredients to make them, just a few things in your pantry, your own 2 hands and an oven!

I like your recipe. You make them kind of thin like my mother. She didn't make those tall rolls with that thick layer of white fluff. We don't like that, nor do we use that egg on the top. KUDOS your bread is great.❤❤🤗

Hi Maangi, will these rolls stay soft overnight? I've been trying diff dough recipes and each time the rolls are hard the next day.
Can you also use this dough to add coconut filling in it to make cocktail buns?
    Thank you.
