This Cookie is packed (and we mean PACKED) with two types of Cherries, two types of Cocoa, two types of Choc Chips and as if that wasn’t enough we’ve rolled them in Cacao Nibs too, to give an intense CRUNCH and sourness.

Preheat Oven to 190 C (fan assisted)
190g Cold Unsalted Butter chopped
135g Light Brown Sugar
135g Caster Sugar
300g Choc Chips – we like to use a mixture of 50% and 70%, but use whatever you like!
200g Cherries – we use a mixture of Glace and Sour
250g Plain Flour
110g Self Raising Flour
60g Cocoa – we use a mix of regular and black Cocoa
1 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g Cacao Nibs
