Today, I would like to introduce to everyone about the apartment no.8 in the 12th floor in Landmark 5 building. In our culture, eight symbolizes for prosperity. I will give some basic details about the Landmark 5 building, the building has 48 stories with about approximately 14 apts per floor, 8 elevators, 2 exits. The apartment we are about to visit has the total area of 108 meter square. Now, we are going to have a closer look at it. C’mon.
7:17~ 9:26 : Next to the front door of the apartment, there are two show cabinets for a family of six people. There are shelfs in these cabinets which has plenty of space for your shoes collection. The opposite wall to the front door is decorated with three paintings, which can combine to create a bigger one and there is a flower vase down here. No doubt that the owners have been investing their time and mind into this Vinhomes central park apartment. Over here, you can see it is a modern bookshelf but beside, the real books, there are some boxes, designed like regular books, you can keep your little things inside of them. And over there, a full-length mirror, near the front door so you can check yourself for the last time before leaving the apartment. We have the dining set, made of wood and perfect for more than 6 people to use. The facing direction of the dining table is the living room but I think we should visit the kitchen nearby first.
12:11 – 15:43 : As far as I can tell, the design for this living room took a generous amount of time with high-quality pieces of furniture from many popular brands around the world. I will open these doors to let the light enter the apartment. Here is the TV from LG and the TV stand. The comfy milk sofa and a small Monterey coffee table. Next up, we shall take a look at the balcony. From this spot, you can literally see the tallest building in Vietnam – Landmark 81 as well as nearly the entire Vinhomes Central Park urban area. For each of the building, there will be an out-door swimming door, the central square where you can enjoy having a walk as well as taking pictures. Although the floor we are standing is not that high, you can still manage to view many wonderful areas within the urban such as the Vinpark, the five-star marina and a bit further is the Saigon river. We are going back to the living room where the design is nothing lower than perfect combination between elegance and modern. The chandelier adds more value to the whole space.
19:17 _ 23:47 : Next up, we will discover what inside the second bedroom. It is actually a master bedroom. The size is this one can be as twice as the small bedroom because the master bedroom includes a bathroom inside. This inner bathroom is similar to the one we have checked earlier. You have your own toilet area, separated with your shower place and a washing basin over here. Opposite to this bathroom is the in-wall wardrobe, just a meter away, you can choose the clothes you want to wear and see yourself through the big mirror in the bathroom. I will close this door and we will see the bed, we have a big TV here and a queen-size bed and we also have a dressing table. Here is the mirror and the area over here, which I have told you earlier is for hanging your necklaces and accessories, the drawers where you can store your small stuff. From here, you can see a part of the river, the vinhomes villa area, the main route and a part of the city. Like the other bedroom but the bed in this one is slightly bigger and there are 2 night stands on 2 sides of the bed. And we also have some in-wall shelfs where you can keep your books or small decorations to decorate the room. The paintings are organized artistically to elevate the beauty of the room, also we have a new hair dryer Now that we have finished with the second room, let’s move to the last bedroom.
26:18 _ 28:19 : I just want to remind that this apartment has a total area of 108 meter square with 3 bedrooms. After the visit, there are some information that you don’t want to miss.
